Connect Trainual to Boost.space Integrator

To connect Trainual app, you need to obtain the Username, password, and Account Subdomain.

Log in to your Trainual account.
In your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Trainual moduleThe module is an application or tool within the Boost.space system. The entire system is built on this concept of modularity. (module - Contacts) More in your scenarioA specific connection between applications in which data can be transferred. Two types of scenarios: active/inactive. More and click Add button next to the Connection field.
In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
In the Username, and Password, fields, enter your Trainual account credentials.
Optional: In the Account Subdomain field, enter your account subdomain. For example, if your custom URL address is app.trainual.com/xyz then your subdomain is xyz.
Click Save.

You have successfully connected the Trianual app and can now build scenariosA specific connection between applications in which data can be transferred. Two types of scenarios: active/inactive. More.

Users

You can update, retrieve, list, archive, and unarchive users, assign, and unassign subjects, and roles using the following modules.

Update a User

Archive a User

Archives a user.

User ID	Select or map the User ID whom you want to archive.

Unarchive a User

Unarchives a user.

Assign Subjects

Assigns subjects to a user.

Connection	Establish a connection to your Trainual account.
User ID	Select or map the User ID to whom you want to assign subjects.
Subject IDs	Select or enter a comma-separated list of the Subject IDs you want to assign to the user.

Unassign Subjects

Unassigns subjects to a user.

Subject IDs	Select or enter a comma-separated list of the Subject IDs you want to unassign from the user.

Assign Roles

Assigns roles from a user.

Role IDs	Select or enter a comma-separated list of the Role IDs you wish to assign to the user.

Unassign Roles

Make an API Call

Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

Connection	Establish a connection to your Trainual account.
URL	Enter a path relative to `https://www.trainualapp.com/api`. For example, `/v1/users`.
Method	GET to retrieve information for an entry. POST to create a new entry. PUT to update/replace an existing entry. PATCH to make a partial entry update. DELETE to delete an entry.
Headers	Enter the desired request headers. You don’t have to add authorization headers; we already did that for you.
Query String	Enter the request query string.
Body	Enter the body content for your API call.
