Facebook

Facebook modules allow you to monitor, publish or update posts, photos, and videos on your Facebook profile.

To get started with the Facebook app, create an account at Facebook.

Refer to the Facebook API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect Facebook to Boost.space Integrator

To establish the connection:

  1. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Facebook module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials. Refer to the Meta Create an App documentation for more information.

  4. Click Save.

  5. In the prompt, log in to your Facebook account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Facebook modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

After connecting the app, you can perform the following actions:

    Note: You may be prompted to update connection permissions when using this module. If so, click Continue and a Facebook prompt will appear. Click Edit Settings, select all relevant pages, select Yes next to Show a list of the Pages you manage, and click Done.

Troubleshooting

The Boost.space Integrator dropdown doesn’t show some Facebook Pages:

If some of your pages are not available in Boost.space Integrator modules, please follow the steps below:

  1. In your Facebook account, click on your Account icon > Settings & privacy > Settings.

  2. In the left sidebar, click on Business integrations.

  3. Click on the Make integration.

  4. Ensure you have allowed access to the pages you want to see in Boost.space Integrator.

  5. Click Save.
